Below are some suggested links to videos, devotionals, websites, and other materials for spiritual formation at home and on the go.

    Here you can find some great playlists where we are constantly growing more content from the best of Youtube. 

  • daily lectionary readings

    The lectionary is a series of readings that will take you through the entire Bible every two years. Every day will bring you readings from Psalms, Old Testament, Gospels, and New Testament Books. You can also get the Daily Prayer App for reading the lectionary on your smartphone or tablet.

  • pray as you go

    Pray As You Go is a free daily prayer session, produced by Jesuits, designed to go with you wherever you go, to help you pray whenever you find time, but particularly whilst traveling to and from work, study, etc. A new prayer session is produced every day of the working week and one session for the weekend. It is not a 'Thought for the Day', a sermon or a bible-study, but rather a framework for your own prayer. Lasting between ten and thirteen minutes, it combines music, scripture and some questions for reflection. There is also a smartphone app.

    The Bible Project is a fabulously creative resource of videos built around scripture. There are Biblical book introductions, overviews of theological topics, word studies and more. This is an ever-growing resource and fabulously FREE! I can't say enough about the incredibly way the break down complex theological topic and do it in an informed and faithful way. Take a look. Your kids will love these videos  too! 

  • with god daily

    Sky Jethani puts out a daily devotional that is succinct, informative, thoughtful, and creative. You can get it for free via email, but Skye requests a small donation to support his ministry. There is a short reflection every day, some suggested scripture readings, and a prayer. There is also an app that you can download. 

  • Skit guys tv (sgtv)

    The "Skit Guys" have been around for a long time and create some really great, clean, humor. Their skits for churches are hilarious. Now they are producing some new content called "SGtV." Some of it is directed at kids. Check it out!

    A 75 year old ministry that has a number of online tools and resources including Bible reading plans, daily devotions, etc.

    N.T. Wright is one of the foremost Christian theologians of our time. He is a widely published author and speaker and is now producing valuable Christian educational content online. Some material is free, and some comes with a fee - but it is all a deal for what you get!

  • Vox podcast

    A podcast for those wrestling with spiritual "homelessness." Mike Erre and Tim Stafford wrestle with issues surrounding contemporary church culture in the United States and also do an excellent job of working through scripture in this in a way that is informative, engaging, refreshing, challenging and worth your time!
